Free Meet-and-Greet Consultation

Once you contact us, we’ll schedule a complimentary in-home consultation. This initial meeting gives us a chance to get to know your pets in their own environment, and gives you the opportunity to meet us. We’ll answer any questions you may have and make sure you and your pet(s) feel completely comfortable moving forward.

Pet Profile & Care Plan

During the consultation, we’ll gather all the details we need to care for your pets exactly the way you do. This includes:

-Feeding schedules and dietary preferences
-Walk times and preferred routes
-Medication administration
-Behavioral or medical considerations
-Emergency contacts and veterinary information

This information is securely kept on file and used to ensure consistent, personalized care during every visit.

Scheduled Visits with Updates

While you’re away, our professionals will arrive at your home at the agreed upon times. After each visit, you’ll receive a Visit Report—sent via text, email, or written in a notebook (your choice). These updates include photos, notes about your pet’s activities, and confirmation that everything went smoothly.
